Stewart Approved and Filed: Commissioner Warren moved, seconded Certified Public Accountant, be and he and records of Harnett County offices the maximum of $ 1,600.00. Motion carried Tax Collector Register of Deeds Clerk Super for Court Clerk RecordersCourt Veterans Service Officer Dog Warden Electrical Inspector Sheriff by Commissioner Brd, that John E. Ingraham , is hereby awarded the auditing the accounts for the fiscal year 1962 -63, not to exceed The Board ordered that the Ben C. Denning Heirs be refunded the amount of $ 8.25 on accounts of double listing of a lot on Burk Street , Dunn, N C. This lot is also correctly listed to James A. Smith, Dunn, N. C. The Following Road Petition Was Approved: (1) To improve that road, known as # 1540 and is 1.5 miles in dietance by widening, scraping and draining and to make ready for black top. (Petition mailed) The Board granted Free Pedlers License to Raymond Wood, Hector's Creek Twp. on account of physical disability for a period of 1 year Commissioner Byrd,moved, seconded by Commissioner Warren, that the Board authorize the Civil Defense Agency to proceed with the awarding of the Intre Fire Warning Service N. C. - 148 -0 project for county as submitted by the Harnett County Civil Defense Agency subject to getting firm oommittments from local communities and municipalities as presented in the project, as follows: Municipalities Participation $ 3,391.78 County Of Harnett Participation S 5,808.22 Office Of.
