FOR HUD
SALE OF WEAPONS
Frank Stump appeared before the Board as spokesman for several
concerned citizens residing on SR 1132. Mr. Stump stated that
SR 1132 has had the paving priority of Number 90 for several
years and requested to know what would change this rating. He
also displayed some concern over the lack of maintenance per-
formed on SR 1132. Commissioner Brock explained to the citi-
zens residing on SR 1132 that the priority rating system is
based on the number of residents on the road, whether or not
it is a bus route, if there is a business on the road, and
also the number of cars traveling the road; all these items
greatly affect the priority rating of the road. Commissioner
Brock informed the group that he anticipated receiving the
1979 road priorities on Thursday; and hopefully, SR 1132 will
have a much higher priority. Mr. Brock stated that he would
contact the N. C. Department of Transportation, Harnett County
Maintenance Division, and have them scrape this road. Mr.
Stump stated he would contact/Mr. Brock on Friday to find out
what the new priority was for SR 1132.
