On February 6, 1989, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners held a public
hearing concerning an amendment to the Harnett County Zoning Ordinance in the
County Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina, with the following members
present: Rudy Collins, Bill Shaw, Mack Reid Hudson, Mayo Smith, and Chairman
Lloyd G. Stewart presiding. Other present were: Dallas H. Pope, County
Manager; W. Glenn Johnson, County Manager; Vanessa W. Young, Clerk to the
Board; and Kay S. Blanchard, Recording Secretary.
Chairman Stewart called the public hearing to order at 9 a.m.
Commissioner Smith offered the invocation.
Carla Stephens, Planning Supervisor presented proposed change to the Harnett
County Zoning Ordinance.
Chairman Stewart opened the meeting for public comments.
No comments were offered.
There being no further business, Chairman Stewart closed the public hearing
at 9:20 a.m.
