Rehearing of Appeal
BA-AP-02-11. Kent Jeffries and North Harnett Property Rights Association; Hector’s Creek & Black River Townships, SR # 1441 (Chalybeate Springs Road).
This case was denied by the Board of Adjustment on April 11, 2011. It was appealed to Superior Court and now has been remanded back to the Board of Adjustment by Judge Tanya T Wallace
for the board to hear certain evidence of the appellants.
