Smith 833 Dos Rd Lillington, NC 27546 RE: BA-CU-18-13 Fire Protection Business Pin # 0507-24-1937 Dear Mr. Smith: On June 10, 2013, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a conditional use permit for the above referenced request with the following conditions: Business will need to be subdivided following minor subdivision regulations per Harnett County UDO. Please be aware that a conditional use permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval. If no further action is taken before that period expires, the conditional use permit will become invalid. The next step will be to complete a land use application with Harnett County Central Permitting and submit it with a site plan.
