Fire hydrants shall be installed on the right side of the roadway with respect to the
approach of the incoming apparatus (off Ray Road).
Designate the install of a hydrant instead of a temporary blow off at the intersection of Anderson Lake Drive and R001. A hydrant
will be needed and will serve the same purpose.
