These usages should be added to the site plan. -Note should be added to the site plan if a licensed utility contractor is to install the services for water and sewer. -HCDPU utility notes must be included on the site plan. -NC-one Call must be added to the site plan cover sheet. -The sanitary sewer service for the existing proerty is a 4inch lateral according to records. A 4inch service will not suffice for the proposed flow from this facicity in conjunction with the existing church flow.
