SHORT TERM:
The proposed Preliminary Plat with the amount of lots shown must be placed on hold. This is due to the limited capacity of the existing sewer
system installed. The current preliminary approved numbers and permitted numbers including this proposed part will exceed to allowable sewer capacity of the downstream SLS. Future system
improvmenets must take place to increase the amount of lots or the lot numbers must be reduced for the proposed part.
The proposed Prelimnary Plat must be put on hold until a revised
hydraulic analysis is submitted to the Board and approved by HCDPU. The analysis must include current state of connection and future demands on the system for the complete development.
The
Preliminary maps show several wetland area crossings. All applicable wetland permits must be obtained prior to construction of utilities.
There are sewer mains shown to be installed
through several lots. Are the lot sizes adequate to accommodate a house so that there is not encroaching on HCDPU utilities?
The main sizes must be included on the plat.
