must jointly provide HCDPU a one (1) year warranty on the water system improvements that will serve the lots in the Summit subdivison. The one (1) year warranty period shall begin once
the final approval letter has been issued by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Health - Public Water Supply Section (NCDENR,DEH-PWSS).
