Final inspection by HCDPU and EOR must be completed and accepted by HCDPU. NCDENR PWS final approval must be issued. Utility must be included in the ROW discription. Water mains and associated valves, etc. must be included on the final plat. Final asbuilts including water service locations must be submitted to HCDPU. The developer and the utility contractor must jointly provide HCDPU a one (1) year warranty on the water system improvements that will serve the lots in the Summit subdivison. The one (1) year warranty period shall begin once the final approval letter has been issued by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Health - Public Water Supply Section (NCDENR,DEH-PWSS).
