Loop and Boulder Drive does not appear to be constructed according to plan. Provide as-built of channel. Show that the inlet top is at correct elevation. Confirm drainage easement
meets requirement of UDO with respect to width.
Submit infiltration basin certification demonstrating that basin was constructed in accordance with original plans and confirm 100-yr
discharge.
