Permanently jute mat/grass/mulch all basin back slopes, fill slopes and outlet ditch. 8. Log site. Clear and grub within construction limits. 9. Strip and stockpile topsoil. 10. Begin rough grading streets, easements. 11. Continue and complete all rough grading. 12. Install storm drainage lines and outlet protection aprons. 13. Constrict all drainage structures, protecting with appropriate measures as areas are brought to subgrade or finished grade. 14. Install water utilities, oonduits. 15. Installation of power, gas utilities shall be by others. 16. Place base and fine grade. Install modified inlet protection on all street inlets, either gutter buddy or as per detail EC.6 (See Erosion Control Details). 17. Pave streets. 18. Backfill curb and all landscaped areas with topsoil and fine grade. 19. Seed and mulch all disturbed area, or sod and landscape. 20. Cleanup and inspect site. 21. Upon stabilization of site, remove sediment deposits within the infiltration basins, regrade if needed any slopes, bottoms and seed and mulch all remaining bare areas. Clean or replace any riprap aprons if needed.
