To All,
Please find attached approval letter from NCDENR for the land disturbance permit. The hard copies of the revised plans requested in their conditional approval have been sent. Once
we receive approval from NCDOT for the driveway permit we will submit 5 sets of plans and the two approval letters along with a check for $175 for the road sign fee made payable to the
Planning Department.
Let us know if there are any additional conditions that are to be met.
