The attached is a copy of the Final DRB comments. I have provided responses in blue for the short range comments. The Long Range comments will be addressed at the Construction Plan stage.
I will be bringing the plans to you in the morning after I vote, but wanted you to get these responses as soon as possible. I think we have all our ducks in a row.

I am including a Storm water Statement report for you to review. Please let me know if you have any concerns. Please also note that I did the design for both this (Fox Run) and the adjacent
subdivision, Trotters Ridge. We did account for the fully developed upstream conditions of Fox Run when we did the storm water design on Trotters Ridge. Therefore there are no adverse
affects of this project on the downstream development. There are no other structures within the lower basin down to the 10% point.
