So it's official... (see Amanda's note below)
I will send, by email, a revised Preliminary plan to Jay and Landon on Monday.
In addition we will send new hard copies to Shane; a new set of plans, engineering report, and application form; which we have and can print now.
Once he has the application signed and issues me an approval letter I will hand deliver to Siraj and should have his approval within a few days.
We can proceed to finish the construction work and I will prepare the As-built certification drawings, test reports, and Engineers Certification that Shane will be looking for.
Sometime before we prepare the final plat for recording we will need David Plummer to give us a "Built to Standards" letter on Prairie Lane. I have spoken with him recently and he is
ready to do that.

Mike Barbour just called; He was in Shane's office discussing the water line, Shane mentioned that you had given your approval to the DRB storm water issues and concerns that we discussed
in the field on March 8 and to which I had sent response to you on March 15.
I have not heard that an approval was issued and wanted to get official confirmation that our plans are acceptable.
I will need to add this information to the plans and send them to Jay for signatures.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
