Please review the attached letter and supporting documents. I have made it crystal clear that the 100 yr flow below the Prairie Lane cross pipe is not adversely affecting the lots in
Fox Run below the pipe and does not adversely affect the adjacent Trotters Ridge Lots.
I think we should be good on the Jockey's Ridge drainage as we both agreed that the area and the flow increase is less than 10% of the contributing drainage basin.
