LONG RANGE: Please visit www.harnett.org/utilities for more information on the approval process. The minimum 50lot capacity fee must be paid before any permits are signed by HCDPU. The water and sewer improvements must be permitted with NCDENR and approved by HCDPU and NCDENR before these systems can be placed into operation. The PE must submit the utility plans to HCDPU for review and subsequent approval. The developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the water and sewer system improvements installed to served this subdivision.
