Our design is nearly complete and we are now ready to communicate the impervious area figures provided below. These values include the entire proposed footprint of the new development: bleachers, concourse, restroom buildings, press box tower building; asphalt paved parking lot; compacted stone fire apparatus turn-around and TV truck parking; and sidewalks. Construction of the new facility will require demolition of two residential buildings and associated pavement which provides a small reduction to the existing impervious surface cover. Campbell University Football Stadium Expansion Proposed Impervious: 80,656 Sq. Ft. Demolition Impervious: 29,140 Sq. Ft. Net Impervious: 51,516 Sq. Ft.
