I am responding to Jay Sikes' e-mail regarding impervious surface computations for the subject project. Our design is nearly complete and we are now ready to communicate the impervious
area figures provided below. These values include the entire proposed footprint of the new development: bleachers, concourse, restroom buildings, press box tower building; asphalt paved
parking lot; compacted stone fire apparatus turn-around and TV truck parking; and sidewalks. Construction of the new facility will require demolition of two residential buildings and
associated pavement which provides a small reduction to the existing impervious surface cover.
Campbell University Football Stadium Expansion
Proposed Impervious: 80,656 Sq. Ft.
Demolition Impervious: 29,140 Sq. Ft.
Net Impervious: 51,516 Sq. Ft.

Fred….attached is the latest CU development Plan. However, Lappas & Havener did not have any new stromwater figures, so that section has not been updated. So, when you finalize these
#’s, can you send them to Sarah, so she can complete the update of this Plan (specifically pages 12-14) ?
