These usages should be added to the site plan. -Note should be added to the site plan for a licensed utility contractor to install the services for water and sewer. -“Notes Keyed to plan” A and C should be switched considering the plan callouts. -“Utility notes” Note 4 should be revised to plastic meter boxes with cast iron lids.
