I have attached the Designer's Certification for Northgate in Harnett County
Stormwater permit No. SW6111206.
All stormwater on site is captured in drainage ponds as designed for 100 yr. storm.
Infrastructure have been constructed substantially as planned. When the proposed
new division of lot 5 into three lots and lot 6 is developed into site plans. We shall
update permit as required.

runoff drains to the system.
