1. They have provided the certification for the stormwater, but the certification states that when the new division of lot 4 into three lots is developed into site plans, they
will update the permit. We need a copy of the updated permit for the lot 5 subdivision. It is also noted that Lot 5 was originally permitted for 36% impervious, but the design shows
53.5%. Please also note that the pond as stated in the certification letter is designed for the 100 year storm.
2. We still need the easement for the connection to existing storm drainage (and as-built data) on Lot 4 as well as an easement for the future connection from Lots 5B and 5C.
