CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM:
The current South Central Project is still under construction and currently is not available to tie into. The South Central project must be completed prior to installing
sewer improvements in this development. The South Central sewer system must be operational prior to processing NCDENR applications.
The minimum 50 lot capacity must be paid before sewer
and water permits are processed by HCDPU.
A hydraulic analysis must be submitted to HCDPU with current fire flow data demonstrating minimum fire flow is met during peak demand on the
proposed system. All associates calculations and a brief summary of the results should be included in the report.
A master plan must be submitted if additional phases are planned.
LONG RANGE:
Please visit www.harnett.org/utilities for more information on the approval process.
The proposed water and sewer improvements for Stone Cross must be designed by a P.E.,
approved by HCDPU and permitted by NCDENR before any construction may begin on the utility improvements that will serve these phases.
The proposed easements for the sanitary sewer
lines that will be installed outside the proposed street right-of-ways must be recorded with each final plat for the phases that they serve. These utility easements must be reviewed
and approved by HCDPU Right-of-Way Agent and the Harnett County Legal Department prior to recording the final plats.
The proposed water and sewer improvements for this project must be
constructed in accordance Harnett County Standard Specifications and Details. Once the proposed water and sewer improvements for this project have been designed, permitted, constructed
and inspected in accordance with the approval process, the developer and the utility contractor must jointly provide HCDPU a one (1) year warranty on all water and sewer improvements
installed to serve these lots.
