The following conditions
are to be rectified prior to obtaining DRB signature and are subject to change during the course of the meeting.

The current South Central Project is still
under construction and currently is not available to tie into. The South Central project must be completed prior to installing sewer improvements in this development. The South Central
sewer system must be operational prior to processing NCDENR applications.
The minimum 50 lot capacity must be paid before sewer and water permits are processed by HCDPU.
A hydraulic
analysis must be submitted to HCDPU with current fire flow data demonstrating minimum fire flow is met during peak demand on the proposed system. All associates calculations and a brief
summary of the results should be included in the report.
A master plan must be submitted if additional phases are planned.

The proposed water and sewer improvements for Stone Cross must be designed by a P.E., approved by HCDPU and permitted by NCDENR before any construction may begin on the utility
improvements that will serve these phases.
The proposed easements for the sanitary sewer lines that will be installed outside the proposed street right-of-ways must be recorded with
each final plat for the phases that they serve. These utility easements must be reviewed and approved by HCDPU Right-of-Way Agent and the Harnett County Legal Department prior to recording
the final plats.
The proposed water and sewer improvements for this project must be constructed in accordance Harnett County Standard Specifications and Details. Once the proposed water
and sewer improvements for this project have been designed, permitted, constructed and inspected in accordance with the approval process, the developer and the utility contractor must
jointly provide HCDPU a one (1) year warranty on all water and sewer improvements installed to serve these lots.

Upon resubmittal, additional comments/ corrections may be required.
**Please remember all applicable fee’s**
If
APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days.
If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies
of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait,
as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance.
If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have
been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold.
If DENIED, you may appeal
the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
