pending before the Clerk of the Superior Court of Co orth Carolina, an order was
made by said court appointing Grantor as Commissioner to ale th a public or private sale,
subject to the confirmation of the court, the land hereinafte de ed;
AND WHEREAS, said Grantee offered to buy said lands fo he ce eventy Thousand
Dollars ($70,000.00);
AND WHEREAS, said Grantor reported said sale to the court e re arced open
for ten days and no advanced bid was filed;
AND WHEREAS, on the 27`h day of June, 2011, said court entered or rap ovin and
confirming said sale and directing said Grantor as Commissioner to make, exec e, d d ii er o
said Grantee a good and sufficient deed for said land upon the payment to him of said ur e p c ,
AND WHEREAS, said purchase price has been fully paid;
NOW, THEREFORE, said Grantor, acting as Commissioner as aforesaid, under authority
order of court and in consideration of the said purchase price of Seventy Thousand Dollars
has bargained and sold and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto
its successors and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in
Township, Harnett County, North Carolina and more particularly described as
2, 3 *d 4 as shown on that map entitled "Doerco Enterprise, Inc."
Surveyors, recorded as Map #98 - 103, Harnett County
Regis , to is ap and its recordation reference is incorporated herein for a full
and com scri ion f said land.
TO HAVE H id lands and premises, together with all privileges and
appurtenances thereunto b ong' , t t aid Grantee and its successors and assigns in as full and
ample a manner as said Gran or i sion as aforesaid is authorized and empowered to
convey the same.
