HCDPU can approve the above preliminary plat. Attached is a hydraulic analysis requested. The report indicates minimum fire flow and domestic pressure is met for the new water system.
Fleet,
HCDPU will not review the construction drawings or process capacity fees until DRB approval has been given for the preliminary plat.
