B. Surrounding Land Uses: Surrounding land uses consist of residential homes and agricultural uses. C. Utilities: Water – NA. Sewer – NA TRANSPORTATION: Annual daily traffic count is not available for Bakertown Rd. BACKGROUND: This request is to put multiple soccer fields on site. The applicant has a basic site plan which is attached. This project will be required to go through the commercial site plan review process. The Commercial Site Plan review process includes a thorough review from Planning, Fire Marshal, Public Utilities, E911/ Addressing, and Environmental Health Departments. 7.5.1 Recreational Facility A. Adequate, handicap accessible restroom and parking facilities shall be provided. B. When outdoor fields are proposed with a Recreational Facility, the use regulations for “Athletic Fields” shall be applicable, unless otherwise approved by the Board of Adjustment.
