Surrounding Land Uses: Surrounding land uses consist of single & Multi Family Residential, Educational, and Recreational uses, as well as some Agricultural land. TRANSPORTATION Site distances are moderate. Traffic count is not available for this site. BACKGROUND The applicant requests a conditional use permit for a multi-family complex, specifically 14 units. This is to be served by public water and sewer. Per the development regulations, 9 units per acre are allowed with a minimum of 15% open/recreational space.
