This version includes the correction of the business park name to "Brightwater Business Park." N.C. Gen. Stat. § 160A -267 requires that once the resolution has been adopted then a summary of the resolution contents shall be published one time in a local newspaper. Ten days after the publication date the transfer can be consummated. Since the Resolution is short, I would go ahead and have the whole document published. There is no mandate on the size of the publication. As usual, be thrifty. Dwight 4/21/2009
