INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County, North Carolina, sitting
as the governing board of Harnett County.
Section I. This project consists of the construction of water, wastewater, natural gas and
fiber optic infrastructure to serve the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in
central Harnett County. The project is jointly funded by Campbell University and an economic
infrastructure grant from the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center.
Section II. This project will be funded by Campbell University and a grant from the NC
Rural Center.
Section Ill. The following amounts are hereby appropriated for this project:

Section IV. It is estimated that the following revenue will be available for this capital project:
