I.WELCOME: Chairman Sikes, Senior Planner opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. II.BOARD INTRODUCTIONS III.PUBLIC COMMENT (30 MINUTES) IV.NEW BUSINESS A.LEXINGTON PLANTATION, VILLAGE OF LEXINGTON PHASE A-1-MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT 73 LOTS. Joe Godwin represented the application and discussions were made by the board. Decision: Tim Payseur, Public Utilities made a motion to conditionally approve the site plan and Tammy Ward, E911, Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally approve the plat. SEE ATTACHED (LEXINGTON PLANTATION DECISION PACKET) B.LITTLE MIRACLES-COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE HCO DISTRICT. No One represented the application and discussions were made by the board. Decision: Tammy Ward, E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Michael Martin, Fire Marshal seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally approve the plat. SEE ATTACHED (LITTLE MIRACLES DECISION PACKET) V.OLD BUSINESS: VI.OTHER BUSINESS: VII.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Tim Payseur, Public Utilities and seconded by Jay Sikes, Senior Planner and the minutes for the July 25, 2007 as submitted. The motion passed with a unanimous vote.
