SITE ANALYSIS: This property is located in a moderately populated
residential community. Surrounding land uses
consist of stick built homes, manufactured homes,
farmland, and to the south Planter’s Glen
Subdivision. Sight distances are fair/poor along
NC 201.

APPLICANT’S PROPOSAL
The applicant is proposing a Planned Unit Development residential
subdivision with 50 lots and a common area. The proposed subdivision will
be developed in two phases and will provide potable water and public sewer,
which allows for 10,000 square-foot lots.
