Title Block Information
Deed reference for the tract(s) being divided.
General Corrections
Note the minimum lot size and width.
Note the streetscape buffer indicating required width, landscaping,and maintenance
requirements.
Note linear feet for each street and include cul-de-sac diameter.
They do not have to be drawn, but please note
Note street lights and fire hydrants. ().
Note verification of road sign purchase.
Note who will be responsible for maintenance of any drainage easements.
Certifications:
___ Certification of ownership, dedication and jurisdiction, signed
___ Certification of approval by DOT for street design and drainage plans/improvements
___ Approval from Harnett County Public Utilities when public water and/or sewer are utilized
___ Certification of soils evaluation by Harnett County Environmental Health
___ Certification of compliance by the Harnett County Fire Marshal
___ Certification of approval by the Harnett County Review Officer, unsigned
___ Certification of registration by the Harnett County Register of Deeds, unsigned
Additional comments:
It is noted that lot 59 will be accessed off of SR 1210 (Hoover Road), however, on 2/27/2006,
DOT commented that all lots shall be served internally. If approval status has changed, please
provide a letter from DOT.
The total number of lots seems to have been reduced from 103 to 82. Is this the case?
A recreation fee of $500 per lot will be required prior to final approval.
