CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM:
The owners of Forest Trails - Phase 4 have adjacent tracts of land that could be developed as
part of the existing Forest Trails subdivision. If the adjacent tracts of land will be developed
and subdivided in the future, then a Master Development Plan must be submitted to HCDPU.
If a Master Development Plan is not submitted with this Preliminary Plat for Phases 3 & 4, then
no additional development beyond Phase 4 will be approved by HCDPU. Additionally, Hartford
Drive should be removed from the plans to prevent direct access to the adjacent tract of land
owned by Mr. J. K. Revels.
