If the adjacent tracts of land will be developed and subdivided in the future, then a Master Development Plan must be submitted to HCDPU. If a Master Development Plan is not submitted with this Preliminary Plat for Phases 3 & 4, then  no additional development beyond Phase 4 will be approved by HCDPU. Additionally, Hartford Drive should be removed from the plans to prevent direct access to the adjacent tract of land owned by Mr. J. K. Revels.
