CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM:
The existing easement to the Womble property must be maintained and clearly depicted in the
utility plans by the Professional Engineer (P.E.)
The Harnett County Fire Marshal must provide a written variance to the fire hydrant
requirements for major subdivisions and the developer must provide a copy of said variance to
Harnett County Department of Public Utilities to approve the propsed utility plans.

The propsed utility plans must include RPZ's for backflow protection on the water supply lines
to the fire sprinkler systems.
The developer must follow the approved process for the approval of the proposed water main
that will serve this subdivision.
The developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the proposed water
system improvements once approved by DEH and accepted by HCDPU.
