SHORT TERM CONDITIONS, COMMENTS, OR JUSTIFICATIONS The following conditions are to be rectified prior to obtaining DRB signature and are subject to change during the course of the meeting. Fire Marshal (910)893-7580: Approve: VICINITY MAP: NC 27 E SHOULD BE NC 27 W  E911/Addressing (910)814-2038: Conditionally Approve: PB approved a street length variance due to the addition of an  Planning Department (910)893-7525: emergency easement. This should be temporarily blocked via Conditionally Approve: a gate or chain, and that the local fire department be give a key to the lock. Please submit a copy of the Stormwater Mgmt Plan approval  letter when received. Public Utilities (910)893-7575: The Developer's PE must provide HCDPU with a Master  Conditionally Approve: Development Plan for the entire subdivision if additional phases are planned for this development. If a Master Development Plan is not submitted to HCDPU then additional development will not permitted by HCDPU. Environmental Health (910)893-7547: Approve: LONG RANGE CONDITIONS The following conditions must be satisfied Must meet all requirements set forth by NC DENR. Contact at (910)433-3300. The Developer must hire a Professional Engineer (P.E.) to  design the water lines and appurtenances that will serve this subdivision. The water system must be approved by HCDPU and NCDENR in accordance with the established approval process. Water line must be extended off the 8" water main on Hwy 87  and extended to Ponderosa Road if additional development is MACALL MEADOWS DECISION PACKET 2 4/6/2009 1 planned, otherwise the existing 6" water line on Ponderosa Road may be used to serve this project. : : : : Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
