The following conditions are to be rectified prior to obtaining DRB signature and are subject to change during the course of the
meeting.

Roads used for access to development must be taken over by
NC DOT prior to final approval (This note is in reference to
roads in Richmond Park/Northridge Plantation). Planning
Department must receive confirmation from NC DOT that this
has been done before the plats can be signed.
INSPECTION: Failed due to need to stabilize entire site.
Instability of site continues, including retention pond collapses,
sedimentation and erosion throughout site. All areas must
clearly demonstrate stability. Additionally, upon site visit,
there was construction in roadway, which did not permit
inspection of entire site. Unable to verify whether exposed
drainpipes found in previous inspection have been fixed.

The Developer must provide HCDPU with the Cost Statement

utility improvements before the final plat may be released for

HCDPU and the P.E. have submitted the final certifications to
NCDENR- PWSS to obtain the Final Approval for the new water
line(s) installed to serve this subdivision.
HCDPU may release water meters for the lots of this

once the NCDENR - PWSS Final Approval has been issued to HCDPU,
the E-911 addresses have been assigned to the lots and the
Developer has paid the Capacity Use Fees.

LONG RANGE CONDITIONS
The following conditions must be satisfied
The Developer and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year

warranty on the new water mains and sewer collection lines and associated appurtenances that serve
this project once the new utility improvements have been approved by HCDPU and NCDENR.

If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2)
business days.
If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all
items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait,
as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance.
If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been
rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Friday following the meeting
the application was put on hold.
If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with
Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
