The last set of maps received by the Planning Department for DRB review was received on January 25,
2008. Currently the only department that has provided comments on this submittal is E911. Their review
comments are below. We must receive notification from each department that did not give full approval,
whether or not there are additional corrections. Planning Department comments are below as well.
Again, once we receive comment from each member department, a revised Decision Packet will be
created.
Planning Department:
Bond must be provided for Sawyer Rd (we are aware the bond is on it’s way)
Note 5 must be corrected; ‘shall be’ should say ‘have been’
Stub-outs to adjacent property (9594-68-0578 and 9594-57-6949) must be provided as required at
preliminary plat approval by the Planning Board
Stub-outs must also be shown on plat; contact E911 to verify whether or not the stub-outs must be
named
Road signs must be purchased
Rec fees must be paid
Planning staff has not yet done a second inspection; additional comments may or may not be
necessary pending physical evaluation (inspection) of the site
E911:
E911 notes the following correction:

SPECIAL NOTE: My records show that this phase includes some
streets that the “beginnings” of the streets are actually
listed as future development. We will need to revise
the report to include a road sign form that will include all
intersections that exist that will be required to get EMS
to the portions of the streets in this phase.
We will also need to get some measurements from the
engineer with the exact feet/distance from specific
intersecting points before we will be able to assign any
addresses for this plat.
