Lisa,
No, the adjacent property owners were not shown on this submittal. Assuming you will get them back on the
maps (mylars) for final submittal, you don’t need to resubmit for that. The only additional Planning
Department issues other than the inspection items mentioned yesterday are payment of rec fees and road signs.
You should contact us when those issues have been addressed so that we can do another inspection. If you
anticipate it getting done a specific day you should contact us ahead of time because we likely will not be able
to do an inspection on the day that you call.

Please let me know if the plats you received last have the adjoining
property owner information? If not, I will have to get you
additional copies. I am looking at a plat, which I think is the
copies that you received, I’m not sure. Please let me know.
Also, I received your e-mail in reference to the stabilization
issues. The contractor has been forwarded the e-mail and is going to
try to be out there today to address them. Mr. Robert Knowles with
Autry Grading is who I have spoken with.
