All streets used for access to proposed subdivision must be dedicated DOT streets; At very
minimum Sawyer Rd. in Starwood must be taken over by DOT prior to approval by DRB
Cannot exceed 2000 linear ft max. in st. length without intersecting through streets; Rough
measurement from beginning of subdivision to end of Culpepper Rd is 3,512.25 ft.
Flood panel number must be corrected; should read 3710958400J
Township must be corrected; this section is in Anderson Creek Twp only
Adjacent property must be corrected; should read Starwood at Overhills
Adjacent property owners and property lines for PINs 9594-68-0578 and 9594-57-6949 must
be shown
Stub out(s) to above mentioned property owners must be provided as required at preliminary
approval by the Planning Board
