Streets have not been built, paved, etc.
A 2nd driveway is required when 200 lots are exceeded. Centennial Pkwy should be completed,
or bonded (complete w/ detailed estimate) to alleviate this issue.
Per Planning Board, on 9/3/08, The Gate is required to have foundation surbeys. Please add a
note that “A foundation survey should be submitted at the completion of foundation
construction.”
Lots 110,134,137,138,223,224,225,226 encroach into wetlands. Please show entire bldg
envelope to ensure that these are buildable lots and to ensure the structure will not encroach
into the wetland.
Submit Homeowner's Assoc Documents.
Install street lights or provide letter from the contractor stating street lighst will be installed.
Please provide a Master Plan showing all recorded pahses and all future developed areas. This
master plan should also include the amount of open space based on total project acres, as per
initial PB approval.
Ensure that lots shown to be previoulsy recorded maps match correctly…
