Centennial Pkwy should be completed,  or bonded (complete w/ detailed estimate) to alleviate this issue. Per Planning Board, on 9/3/08, The Gate is required to have foundation surbeys. Please add a  note that “A foundation survey should be submitted at the completion of foundation construction.” Lots 110,134,137,138,223,224,225,226 encroach into wetlands. Please show entire bldg  envelope to ensure that these are buildable lots and to ensure the structure will not encroach into the wetland. Submit Homeowner's Assoc Documents.  Install street lights or provide letter from the contractor stating street lighst will be installed.  Please provide a Master Plan showing all recorded pahses and all future developed areas. This  master plan should also include the amount of open space based on total project acres, as per initial PB approval.
