Final Plat must be on hold until the following items have been received by HCDPU:  A. The As-Built Record Drawings in three formats (digital, mylar and bond);  B. The P.E. certifications for the water snd sewer system improvements and  C. The cost statement for the water and sewer system improvements.  Provide HCDPU with an updated Master Development Plan to show all proposed roads, streets,  phases, phase lines and proposed lots with lot numbers in each phase. Page 1 of 2 PUBLIC UTILITIES STAFF REPORT The Harnett County Fire Marshal must approve the fire hydrant layout before the utility plans  can be approved by HCDPU. LONG RANGE: Please visit www.harnett.org/utilities for more information on the approval process.  The water and sewer improvements must be approved by NCDENR and HCDPU before these  systems can be placed into operation.
