The sewer capacity for this development may be limited due to adjacent development and the limited capacity at Harnett County's existing WWTP. This project may need to be placed on Hold pending the availability of additional sewer capacity at the new South Harnett Regional WWTP to begin construction in 2007. If approved, the lots will not be provided water meters until HCDPU can verify the sewer capacity is available and Harnett County reserves the right to limit the release of water meters accordingly.
