Below you will fine the changes to be made to the site plan to be compliance with the N.C Fire Prevention Code and the County Ordinances.  Ingress and Egress is approved as drawn  Vertical clearance to comply with IFC of 13’ 6”  Fire access road width approved  Utilities not approved, will co-review utility construction documents with Tim Payseur, HCPU  503.1.1 Fire Access Roads. Approved fire apparatus access roads shall be provided for every facility, o building or portion of a building hereafter constructed or moved into or within the jurisdiction. The fire apparatus access road shall comply with the requirements of this section and shall extend to within 150 feet (45 720 mm) of all portions of the facility or all portions of the exterior wall of the first story of the building as measured by an approved route around the exterior of the building or facility  The multi-family housing area to be detailed on map Teddy Joe McLamb T.J.
