SITE INFORMATION Total Acres: 213.24 acres Number of Lots: 560 Average lot Size: .11 - .72 acres Zoning: RA-20R Flood Zone: A Watershed: N/A Water: Public (County) Sewer: Public (County) (Additional information may be found on the enclosed map) TRAFFIC CONDITIONS  Site Distances: See traffic impact assessment  Traffic Count: See traffic impact assessment Note: Traffic impact assessment refers to both Lexington Plantation and Wild Horse Plantation. The PUD was initially named Wild Horse Plantation and was later changed to Lexington Plantation. INTERCONNECTIVITY Where, in the opinion of the Planning Board it is necessary to provide for access to an adjoining property, proposed streets shall be extended by dedication to the boundary of such property. REVIEW BY OTHER AGENCIES The above preliminary plat has been forwarded to Harnett County Public Utilities, Harnett County E-911, Harnett County Board of Education, Harnett County Health Department, Harnett County Fire Marshal, NC Department of Transportation, and NC Environment and Natural Resources for review and comments.  Harnett County E-911 has approved proposed road names.  NC DOT has required applicant to apply for a driveway permit, sight distance easement at US Hwy 87, turning lanes, and a 25’ right-of-way radius at all intersections. DEVELOPMENT DISSCUSSION POINTS  Lexington Plantation and Village of Lexington were approved by the Board of Adjustment as separate PUDs. Village of Lexington was bought from its former owner by Pierce Development and was then combined with Lexington Plantation. Both PUDs will function as one unit.  Planning department recommends that applicant stub into landlocked property at southeast corner of site and that streets necessary for access in adjoining subdivisions be taken over by DOT before final approval is granted.
