DEVELOPMENT DISSCUSSION POINTS
Lexington Plantation and Village of Lexington were approved by the Board of
Adjustment as separate PUDs. Village of Lexington was bought from its former owner by
Pierce Development and was then combined with Lexington Plantation. Both PUDs will
function as one unit.
Planning department recommends that applicant stub into landlocked property at
southeast corner of site and that streets necessary for access in adjoining subdivisions be
taken over by DOT before final approval is granted.
