accommodate the proposed fire hydrant at the end of Mar-le Drive. The water line must be
permitted with NCDENR in accordance with the established approval process.
The following items must be submitted to HCDPU once the water line has been permitted with
NCDENR, installed, inspected and tested by HCDPU:
A. The As-Built Record Drawings in three formats (digital, mylar and bond);
B. The P.E. certifications for the water snd sewer system improvements and
C. The cost statement for the water and sewer system improvements.
The developer must enter into a three party NCDOT encroachment agreement with HCDPU and
NCDOT to cover the utility work within the proposed NCDOT Right-of-Way. This agreement will
be needed in order to turn the streets over to NCDOT once 80% of the lots in this subdivision
have been sold.
The developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the water and sewer
system improvements installed to served this subdivision.

was not required at the time of installation. The existing water line will need to be upgraded to
