REQUEST
The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The proposed Mill Branch PUD, Sect III is a 35 lot single family residential development with
6.1 acres of open space and recreational area. This phase was preliminary approved as a
subdivision in 1987. According to the Land Use Plan, this is projected to be a Medium Density
Residential area.
FUTURE ACTION
If the Board Adjustment approves the proposed Mill Branch PUD, Sect III for the conditional
use permit, the application will be forwarded to the December 6, 2004, Planning Board meeting
for approval of the Outline Development Plan and Preliminary Plat approval.
