McLamb Subject:RE: Mire Branch Sect 7 Jay & Landon, Public Utilities has received the revised As-Built Record Drawings showing the fire hydrant that was added to satisfy the Fire Marshal. Public Utilities also received the PE certification for the water line installed to serve Mire Branch Section 7. However, the developer has not provided the cost statement for the water system improvements and Public Utilities cannot release the conditional approval for recording the final plats until the cost statement have been received. Per the request from Patricia at Enoch Engineers, I am updating the DRB staff that the final engineering documents have been received but, Public Utilities is still waiting on the developer to provide the cost statement. Once the cost statement has been received then I will notify your office so that the final plats for this subdivision can be released for recording. If you have any questions then let me know.
