CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM:
The Developer must provide HCDPU with a Master Development Plan for the entire
development.
The water and sewer lines for this development must be permitted by NCDENR and approved
by HCDPU.
The Developer must enter into a three party NCDOT Encroachment Agreement with HCDPU and
NCDOT.
The note on Page 2 of the Preliminary Plat should indicate the future water line to be installed
by the developer not by others. A 6” water line must be extended along Tingen Road (SR
1139) to serve Phase 3 of this development.
