The water and sewer lines for this development must be permitted by NCDENR and approved  by HCDPU. The Developer must enter into a three party NCDOT Encroachment Agreement with HCDPU and  NCDOT. The note on Page 2 of the Preliminary Plat should indicate the future water line to be installed  by the developer not by others. A 6” water line must be extended along Tingen Road (SR 1139) to serve Phase 3 of this development.
