SHORT TERM CONDITIONS, COMMENTS, OR JUSTIFICATIONS The following conditions are to be rectified prior to obtaining DRB signature and are subject to change during the course of the meeting. E911/Addressing: THE ROAD SIGN COST IS $375.00 FOR 3 INTERSECTIONS. PRESENT THIS REPORT TO THE PLANNING DEPT WITH PAYMENT BEFORE DRB APPROVAL. proper signatures are required.  Planning Department: Street signs have been paid for.  A letter of credit has been submitted for streetscape buffer.  *Please make sure to obtain all required Local and State permits before development begins.* Public Utilities: NCDENR must issue the Final Approval of the water lines installed to serve this subdivision. Public Utilities: The Developer must satisfy the Capacity Use Fees and the E-911 addresses must be assigned to each lot before any water meters may be released to this subdivision. QUAIL GLEN DECISION PACKET 2 4/1/2009 1 LONG RANGE CONDITIONS The following conditions must be satisfied Public Utilities: The Developer and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines and associated appurtenances that serve this project once the new utility improvements have been approved by HCDPU and NCDENR. Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business day. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
