Public Utilities: The PE must submit the As-Built Record Drawings along with the PE Certification and the Cost
Statement for the water lines installed to serve Quail Glen subdivision.
Public Utilities: HCDPU must complete the final inspections for the water lines and associated services that will
serve Quail Glen subdivision.
Public Utilities: Water meters cannot be released to this subdivision until the final approval has been issued by
NCDENR-PWSS and the system has been accepted by HCDPU.
LONG RANGE CONDITIONS
The following conditions must be satisfied
Public Utilities: The Developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines that
were installed to serve the Quail Glen subdivision.

If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business
day.
If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term
Conditions have been rectified.
If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been
rectified.

If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning
Staff to discuss other potential options.
