Public Utilities: HCDPU must complete the final inspections for the water lines and associated services that will serve Quail Glen subdivision. Public Utilities: Water meters cannot be released to this subdivision until the final approval has been issued by NCDENR-PWSS and the system has been accepted by HCDPU.   LONG RANGE CONDITIONS The following conditions must be satisfied Public Utilities: The Developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines that were installed to serve the Quail Glen subdivision.  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :     Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business day. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified.
