Front Street, Lillington, NC 27546 Phone: (910) 893-7525 Fax: (910) 893-2793 Development Name: Richmond Park - Phase 3 Sections 4 & 5 Property Description PIN(s): 9595-12-1268.000 Acreage: 55.00 acres Address/SR No.: Plantation Drive off Hwy 87 Water Public water is available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: Harnett County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) has an existing eight (8") inch water main along Hwy 87 and Plantation Drive to supply the new six (6") water mains installed to serve the Sections 4 & 5 of Richmond Park - Phase 3. These water mains should be able to adequately serve this project. The plans for the water line extensions from the existing water main have been previously submitted to HCDPU and NCDENR-PWSS for approval. The proposed water line extensions for this project have been permitted by NCDENR-PWSS under Tracking Number 05-01937. The utility contractor has completed the construction of the water mains in accordance with the approved plans. The PE must submit the As-Built Record Drawings (paper, mylar & digital formats), the PE Certification and the Cost Statement for the for the water line(s) installed to serve this subdivision. These documents must be submitted to HCDPU prior to the final plat being stamped by the Development Review Board (DRB). See the Approval Process for New Water Line Extensions as described on the Harnett County website. NOTE: HCDPU provides this information as a curteousy to the developer and professional engineer for design purposes. However, HCDPU cannot be held liable for errors, mistakes, ommissions, and inaccurate information provided through this preliminary and/or final plat approval process. It is therefore recommended that the professional engineer or developer "field verify" the information provided by HCDPU. Sewer Public sewer is available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: Harnett County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) has inspected the eight (8") inch sewer collection line(s) that will serve Sections 4 & 5 of Richmond Park - Phase 3. These sewer collection line(s) should be able to adequately serve this project. The plans for the sewer line extensions from the existing water main have been previously submitted to HCDPU and NCDENR-DWQ for approval. The sewer collection line extensions for this project have been permitted by NCDENR-DWQ under Permit Number WQ0021669. The utility contractor has completed the construction of the sewer mains in accordance with the approved plans. LONGE RANGE: The Developer and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water mains and sewer collection lines and associated appurtenances that serve this project once the new utility improvements have been approved by HCDPU and NCDENR.
